Using the argument that if abortion were to become illegal then the women who supposedly “need” abortions would simply turn to illegal abortions and be less safe is simply entirely stupid.

Second, the amount of abortions people have would no doubt significantly decrease if abortion was made illegal and obviously that would result in less women dying or being injured from abortions ( and less babies dying from abortions! ).
Third, to be completely honest, if you have an abortion and are injured it’s your own fault for getting one in the first place. Saying it isn’t is like saying that if you punch yourself in the face and it hurts it’s not your fault. My point? If women get illegal abortions after abortion is made illegal and are injured or die, it’s notourfault for making it illegal. We didn’t force them to get an abortion, we are the ones trying to warn them about how dangerous it is!

I wonder how people can see this and still use and do the things they do. How do you look at this shit, another living being being tortured every day, until their last breath, and not think anything of it? How do you turn a blind eye to it? Think of it this way; if it has to be tested on another being, then it’s probably not all that safe to begin with, and if you still absolutely must have it, test it on yourself.

Oh, but this is not a matter of “glorifying” obesity. It hasn’t, because The Biggest Loser is a show built on the humiliation and punishment (self-inflicted or otherwise) of fat people. When we say that putting fat people on television will “glorify” their bodies, what we really mean is that we are uncomfortable giving fat people any attention that is not overtly negative. Because fat people need to be told: don’t be fat. Being fat means you are not entitled to a normal life. Being fat means you are not entitled to love. Being fat means you are not entitled to humanity, much less dignity.
